What it is

EyeTwenty is a timer that reminds you to have a short break — By default, EyeTwenty is set to 20-20-20 rule, which suggests that after every 20 minutes, you should take a break for at least 20 seconds. Starting from v2.0.0 you can extend the default 20-20-20 rule, and set your own, custom break interval, break duration and message which suits you most! [Mac, Productivity, Apple]
